Kailey Hopp
Owner/Stylist
When you ask Kailey if she had always known she wanted to be a hairstylist, she credits her Aunts Sue and Jenny for encouraging her to pursue the beauty industry. As a young girl, Kailey was often in trouble for cutting her Barbie hair and her bangs and once singeing her American Girl doll plastic bangs with her mom's hair dryer. She should have known then that she was destined to be a hairstylist. Since graduating from Pivot Point Academy in 2013, she has honed her craft to be the stylist she is today. She has completed additional certifications in Surface Hair cutting, custom color, eyelash extensions, hand sewn extensions, and becoming the owner of Posh On Park. Kailey wanted to create a place where clients can come in and feel pampered and leave feeling their beauty needs are met in a less intimidating way, laid-back luxury. Born and raised in Mchenry, it only felt natural to open Posh, where she claims all her favorite people are.
Megan Hopp
Barber/Esthetician
As a little girl, Megan insisted on wearing dresses every day. She owned a lot of dresses but she was always put together. In high school she often would wake her older sister thing the morning so she could do her hair before school. She picked up tips and tricks and she wanted to know more. After years of interest in makeup and skin care Megan decided to enroll in Mario Tricoci esthetician program. While there she decided to enroll in the barbering program. Today some of Megan’s services include lash extensions and perms, custom facials, full body waxing, special occasion makeup, hair color and hair cuts. She serves her clients with helpful guidance in choosing the right beauty care for them.
Sara Baczek
Stylist
With a passion for beauty ignited in high school, Sara quickly built a strong foundation in hair cutting after graduating from Arlington Academy. She expertly masters techniques from precise clipper cuts to layered styles that create beautiful texture and volume. Years of color education have given Sara an exceptional eye for creating the perfect shade. She also offers vibrant highlights, textured perms, and treatments for healthier scalp and hair growth.
